What we keep when you book, why we keep it, and how to have it changed or removed.
What we keep
When you book, we keep your name, your phone number and the details of the appointment: the service, the barber, the time, the price and whether it has been paid.
Your email address and a note for your barber are optional. We only keep them if you write them.
Your name is saved with your phone number, so nobody else can book under your number with a different name.
Why we keep it
To hold your appointment, to call you if anything changes, and to let you see and cancel your bookings on this site.
We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who can see it
The shop's owner can see all bookings. Each barber sees only their own appointments.
Services we use
The site and its data are hosted by Netlify.
Your confirmation code comes by WhatsApp or SMS. If the shop has switched them on, you also get a message when you book and a reminder before your appointment.
Before a code is sent, Cloudflare may check that a person, not a program, is booking.
Online payments happen on the payment company's own page (FIB, FastPay or Stripe). We never see or keep your card details.
The map on our homepage comes from Google Maps. It only loads when you tap “Show the map”; until then nothing is sent to Google.
Cookies
We use one cookie to remember your language, and one to keep you signed in to your bookings on this device for up to 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Security records
To protect the shop and its customers, the site records sign-ins and booking changes together with the internet address they came from. These records are deleted automatically after 6 months.
Changing or removing your details
Your booking history is kept so the shop knows your past visits. To change your name or have your details removed, call the shop:
